Our LOVE IT Policy

IF YOU DON'T LOVE IT, RETURN IT FOR FREE WITHIN 100 DAYS.

At Indigo True we believe in quality products and masterful craftsmanship. This is why we put in a lot of effort to source the best materials and ensure high quality in production. We want you to love your Indigo True products! If something isn’t right, please reach out to us within 100 days, and we will be glad to help. Eligible returns and exchanges are simple and free!

*Some exclusions apply. This guarantee excludes items marked final sale, received for free, or purchased on third-party sites. Items received for free through a giveaway, sale, special promotion, or other offer are not eligible for return or exchange. For sanitation reasons, we cannot accept any wood care items for return or exchange.

To return an item ordered from IndigoTrue.com, please email returns@indigotrue.com within 100 days of purchase.

Note: Items received for free through a giveaway, sale, special promotion, off a third-party website or other offer are not eligible for return or exchange.

ITEM(S) ORDERED ON AMAZON.COM

For items in "new" condition (unused, original packaging intact) and purchased within the last 30 days, please log on to your Amazon account to complete your return and print your return shipping label.

For a purchase made through Amazon between 31-100 days ago, please email us directly atreturns@indigotrue.com for further instructions on how to complete your return.

For items received through an Amazon gift registry, please contact Amazon directly.

Please note, defective items are eligible for replacement within 100 days of purchase.

GIFT RETURNS / EXCHANGES

For gift purchases without an order number, items that are new in original packaging, and unused, new condition items are eligible for store credit. Please note that the store credit amount may differ from the current price of the item(s). You are responsible for all costs in mailing the items to our warehouse.

Exchange requests are subject to availability; Indigo True reserves the right to substitute an item(s) of equal or greater value.

For items purchased from an Amazon gift registry, please contact Amazon directly.  

To return or exchange an unused, new packaged item you received as a gift, please emailreturns@indigotrue.com  and provide the order number within 100 days of original purchase. For eligible items, a gift card for store credit will be issued to you.

ITEM(S) ORDERED ON EBAY.COM OR OTHER THIRD PARTY WEBSITES

To return or exchange an item purchased on ebay.com or another third party website, please contact the third party directly. Indigo True is not able to accept returns or exchanges for these items.
